NOMADE is AFRO-ENERGY's plug & play range: a lithium battery and its solar panel, delivered ready to plug in. No roof to drill, no electrician, no generator: you put the panel in the sun, plug in your appliances, and the station takes over by itself when the power goes off.
Get notified at launchA NOMADE kit is a portable power station with a LiFePO4 battery, recharged by the supplied solar panel, that powers lamps, phones, a fan, a TV and, for the larger models, a refrigerator during power cuts in Togo. It needs no installation and suits tenants. Four sizes: NOMADE Light, NOMADE 500, NOMADE 1000 and NOMADE 2000. One question decides: what do you want to keep on when the power goes off? Air conditioning needs a residential kit.

LiFePO4 lithium battery of 128 to 256 Wh, 12 V and USB outputs, 30–50 W panel, three or four LED lamps on 5 m cables.

No. An air conditioner uses 4 to 6 kWh a night, far beyond a portable station. Air conditioning needs a residential kit with a battery, installed on the roof.

A NOMADE uses no fuel, makes no noise, gives off no fumes and takes over by itself when the power goes off. A generator delivers more power, but costs money every time it runs.
